Practice #1:

Relax your entire body first.  Stretch.  Take a few deep breaths. Do these exercises standing up or siting down with your torso upright and not leaning on the back of the chair.

1.  Bubble  1 2 3 4 5 4 3 2 1 (anyway you choose to do so)

2. Ah 1 3 5 3 1

3.  Slide  Ah 5 – 1 

If you want to do more exercises then do the entire set again but this time change the Ah vowel to an ooh.

Then if you feel you can do more and want to exercise even more, feel free to do the entire set one last time but change the vowel to an Ee.

Always start with the bubble.

See your practice time as fun time and not work.  As you practice regularly you will be developing your oxygen intake, strengthening muscles as well as working on ear training, timing and your tone.
